Role : Business Development and Operations

A tech placement startup is looking for a - Do-er- to take care of the following roles :

- Business Development : Sign up leading tech companies to hire candidates through us

- Conducting coding challenges and hackathons (day long events)

Required Skills and Experience :

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience.

- Familiarity with the tech ecosystem, and understand the jargon.

- Ability to connect with tech companies.

- Ability to deal with large tech companies as well as small startups.

- Ability to perform independently, without a cocoon of support.

- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented.

- Previous experience in tech business development is preferable, but not compulsory.

Job Responsibilities :

- B2B marketing with tech companies, research market, source potential clients, and arrange meetings with decision makers.

- Manage day to day operations.

- Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to generate new leads.

- Meet quarterly targets.
