Business Development Manager - Staffing

Responsible for bringing in new business and client management In IT Staffing a projects Vertical. Staffing delivery experience in IT vertical will add value.

Job Purpose:

To achieve targets by:

1) Exploring possibilities of new client & promoting our services.

2) Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms & conditions.

3) Effective handing over of client requirements to client relation & delivery team.

4) Compliance with company policies & reporting processes.

Main Accountabilities:

- Acquiring/Develop new business/client & Selling Staff Augmentation services/ Professional Services to large corporate

- Liaison with client to handle queries & to promote other service offerings.

- Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential and existing clients

- Responsible for oversight of all Client Management processes including planning, selling, delivery and management.

- Effective handing over of client requirement to delivery team.

- Responsible for end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing, having leads from recruitment industry

Individual contributor and good team player Market Intelligence

- Engage in discussion with senior HR SPOCs Can comprehend the requirement and suggest delivery plan

- Client relationship & effective account management to upscale productivity

- Should drive numbers

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. Minimum 8 Plus years of experience in business development specifically in the field of Indian Staffing Industry (Both IT and Non-IT).

2. Proven track record in Client Acquisition, business development and winning new business

3. Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads and placements

4. A persuasive communicator having an extremely positive outlook.

5. Team Leader traits offering industry-desired team-management and team-building skills.

6. Good decision making skills; working well under pressure and communicating ideas clearly and effectively.

7. Ability to analyze, organize, and manage challenging projects
