Job Purpose:

Drive market expansion, and new client acquisition, oversee growth projects, make sales projections, forecast sales revenue and achieve revenue targets by sustainable and continuous efforts and enable Unify to measure success in concrete terms.

Roles & Responsibilities:


- Develop a Sales growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Identify & generate prospects for new clients through lead generation, cold calling, referencing & social media interface.

- Conduct business meetings with prospective clients and Promote the company's products/services addressing Clients' objectives.

- Prepare sales Proposal ensuring adherence to Unify modus of operandi.

- Manage the pricing, deliver corporate presentations, and negotiations and ensure timely closures.

- Contact prospects to qualify leads

- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects

- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads

- Negotiate with clients to ensure the signing of the contracts.

- Responsible for revenue generation and meeting the sales target of their respective region.

- Provide accurate and timely information to management

- Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services to facilitate sales.

Education & Work Experience:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration

- 7-8-year(s) experience in B2B Sales.

- Language Proficiency - English, Hindi & Local

Functional Competency:

- Prior experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.

- Proven sales track record.

- Market knowledge/ Intelligence.

- Time management and planning skills

- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Experience in using CRM.

Behavioural Competency - Excellent Communication, Presentation, Engagement, and Negotiation skills.

- Strong Interpersonal & Team Management Capabilities.

- Result orientation & Self Driven.

- Stakeholder Engagement.
