Position Objective :
The Business Development Manager ("BDM") will be responsible for building and managing their own book of business, both through new client acquisition in our IT Staffing Division. In new client acquisition, the BDM will target organizations in need of staffing resources through aggressive networking, cold-calling, and needs based selling. The FSR will also acquire new business with existing clients by leveraging current relationships and services that parallel is providing them to uncover additional needs for technical resources throughout their organization.

Base Location : Any Where in India
Onsite Location : Canada
Compensation Plan : Salary + Aggressive Commission Structure based on achievement of Revenue Targets.
Working Hours : 9 PM to 6 AM IST while working in India
Requirements :
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Staffing Industry and 2+ years of selling staffing business in North America.
- Specific experience and connects at C Level Executive, Directer, HR HEAD, Procurement Managers and Decision Makers.
- Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders
- Ability to build deep client partnerships
- History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in business development, relationship management, and competency building scenarios
- History of successfully selling staffing ( Permanent, Contract, Contract to Hire ) or RPO services
- A proven business development professional with executive presence; strong communication and presentation skills; and a drive for results
- Ready to travel Onsite for business purpose.
- Successful track record of achieving 200 K USD + Gross Revenue.
- Candidate should be flexible traveling extensively onsite and ready to work as per North America time zone.
