Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development, Profitability, portfolio monitoring, collection:
- To achieve the targeted loan book, income (NIM+Fees) and maintaining closing book by selling Mortgages Insti products to Corporates & Institutional clients.
- Acquire new clients on its own as well as through Financial Consultants, Internal channel and National Alliances by effective networking & customer relationship management. To increase Institutional Mortgage businesses through continuous product/service innovation, creating a superior value proposition & implementing brand building strategies.
- The product portfolio primarily includes secured structured finance loans and other customized secured products to meet immediate and future needs of the customers.
- As the product offered is sector agnostic, to ensure diversification of the borrower group from wide variety of sectors viz. Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Education, Hospital, Warehousing & Logistics, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals etc. To ensure customer profile diversification to cover customers from SME, MSME, Mid Corporate and HNI profile
Client Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire Client Lifecycle in system right from onboarding to ensuring loan account regularization on ongoing basis in terms of security value, interest payment as well repayment of loan and keep NPA under control. Understanding client needs and providing customized solutions.
