Responsibilities:
- Undertaking market to determine target customer organizations and key decision makers
- Contacting customers to present company capabilities and help them in evaluating our solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Responsible for the end-to-end deal lifecycle (Leads identification, communicating value proposition, creating customer presentations and proposals, building, and nurturing client relationships)
- Collaborate with internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build a robust lead pipeline
- Establish partnerships and drive channels sales
- Assessing customers problem areas and requirements, having technical discussion with customers & preparation of techno-commercial proposal to meet the customer requirements
- Ensure recurring business flow from existing customer accounts and performing key account management through commercial negotiation
Required skills and experience:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in IT sales (domestic/international)
- Experience in selling IT services and/or packaged solutions like ERP, CRM, eCommerce solutions
- Accountable person with a "Go-getter" attitude, who can work with minimal supervision
- Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals
- Ability to nurture and grow future business interests
- Proposal writing, Communication, and Presentation skills
- As this is a field job, the candidate should be open to travel for meeting prospects, customers
