Job Description:

- Manage seller development for the given category

- Responsible for sales, seller quality, seller order fulfillment & selection for the respective region

- Working with central category team in deciding on seller selection strategy and execution of the strategy

- Responsible for growth in business of the sellers being managed.

- Working towards improving the customer satisfaction index (NPS) of the sellers being managed.

- Performance management and mentoring of his/her team members

- Develop a very good understanding of retail function and help aid in growing marketplace business from seller front.experience in Vendor Relations, Sales, Business Development

- Prior industry experience in either of the categories- Books, Home & Kitchen, Beautycare (Fragrances / Cosmetics / Skincare / FMCG), Sports & Fitness

- MBA from tier 1 college.
