Skills/ Knowledge:
- Must have selling experience in forward supply chain automation products such as Dealer/distributor management system (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA) Plus exposure on any of the BI/analytical tool.
- Need to have solution consulting experience in delivering business value by leveraging Digital Transformation/ Customer Experience (SMAC) technologies - mobility, analytics, cloud and Artificial Intelligence based chat bots, Machine learning.
- Business development - GTM strategy, differentiated Positioning of Company Offerings, Create Eco-system to enable Business, consulting & product pitch demo workshops, Concept to commercialization (new solutions), Piloting, Key Customers Focus, Techno-Commercial, Negotiations & Agreements
- Should have solution selling experience in below industry verticals. FMCG, consumer goods, Food and beverages.
Main Priorities -
- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
- Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
- Proactively helps improve products and services
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues and understands clients' needs
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
- Cover the market for the Business Unit, all the accounts.
- Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans
- Participating in large deals and working as the system integrator to propose the complete end-to-end digital solutions.
- Working with business partners / alliances
- Ensure revenue realization by directing timely execution of projects from all the internal stakeholders.
- Champion the customer's cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support
- Identify key enterprise customers, who has the solution needs matching AWS's offerings, and drive engagement with them on latest emerging technologies
