Location: Mumbai, Pune, Maharashtra (Base Location: Andheri, Mumbai).

Experience: 15+ years in SAP Sales and Business Development.

Job Summary

As a Senior Business Development Manager SAP, you will drive business growth and client acquisition in the Mumbai, including Maharashtra market. Leveraging your expertise in SAP sales, you will identify opportunities, build meaningful client & SAP relationships, and position VTS as a preferred partner for technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong network in Mumbai including Maharashtra, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Sales Development: Devise and implement a sales strategy to drive SAP-related revenue growth in Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat regions.

- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders, understanding their business needs and positioning VTS SAP solutions effectively.

- Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify sales opportunities for SAP offerings, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Rise with SAP, addressing customer pain points and industry demands.

- Solution Selling: Promote the value of VTS services such as SAP Application Management Services (AMS), implementation, upgrades, and cloud migrations, ensuring tailored solutions for clients.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to craft customized solutions that maximize business value for clients.

- SAP Relationship: Strong connectivity with SAP across India and ability to align with the principals direction towards market and technology.

- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in areas such as SAP, RPA, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and infrastructure, leveraging insights to identify growth opportunities.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Job Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 15+ years in SAP sales and business development, with a strong focus on the Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat markets.

- Proven success in selling SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Rise with SAP.

- Experience in solution selling for SAP services such as AMS, implementation, upgrades, and migrations.

- Industry Network: Established relationships with CIOs, decision-makers, and IT industry stakeholders.

Skill Set

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of SAP products and services with the ability to articulate their business value effectively.

- Familiarity with adjacent technologies like RPA, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and infrastructure is a plus.

- Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.

- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat as required.
