Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Opportunity Identification:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.

- Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to address them with our products or services.

- Qualify leads and identify high-potential clients for further engagement.

Client Relationship Management & Sales Strategy:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client accounts.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas and contribute to the team's overall sales objectives.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively negotiate contracts to close deals.

Collaboration & Sales Operations:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc. ) to ensure a seamless sales process.

- Utilize CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and generate insightful reports.

- Stay informed of industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent a plus).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.

- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and customer needs analysis.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
