Started in 2009, the founders left their successful corporate careers and put together a team of designers and architects, who customise the individual pieces as per their client requirements. Their client list consists of large hotels and corporate offices across the world, and many star residences.
As a Business Development Mgr (Residential), you will be managing sales and growth of the company's premium and ultra-premium range of rugs and carpets.
What you will do:
- Will be dealing with Interior designers and Architect Firms across the country
- Consistently identifying and qualifying leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets.
- Initiating leads through B2B sales calls and by leveraging company's existing network to understand their property requirements
- Possessing in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicating the same effectively to prospects.
- Delivering sales numbers as per business plan, both in terms of sourcing and closing - ensure completion of sales targets on a consistent basis through the year
- Ensuring cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers
- Maintaining accurate records for designated accounts and sharing regular updates with the Sales Head
- Client Relationship Building
- Playing a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution
- Ensuring highest standards of compliance to company's policies, processes and value structure
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Male candidates preferred
- Minimum 4+ yrs experience in Business Development
- Could have sold products like luxury furnishings, wall papers, artefacts, furniture, or any other Interior designing products
- Excellent Communication skills
- Exceptional drive and focus, ability to develop strong professional relationships
- Open to travel across cities within the country
