Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Generate new sales lead & Account Management in Consulting Business
2. Achieve individual sales target
3. Interactions with CXO, CHRO's, Head-TA
4. Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
5. Analysis of the competitors and market
6. Roll out of new clients
7. Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality by the Operations team
