Desire Experience : Person should have more than 2 years of work experience in Business Development/Sales with Wealth Management, Real Estate or Investment company.

Job Responsibilities :

- Source Business leads for Real Estate Advisory from HNIs, Corpo-rates, Fund houses and Developers

- Builds and maintains relationships with clients and customers.

- Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments.

- Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.

- Work with other functional heads to source/ deliver the solution to the client

- Contribute significantly in setting up and adhering to the processes

- Contribute towards building and capturing relevant knowledge for the organisation
