Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration: Aggressively market the company's rating products to corporate clients, banks, and financial institutions at senior levels (CFOs, promoters, or owners).
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients while nurturing and maintaining existing relationships.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in assigned regions, ensuring they meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Revenue Growth: Drive targeted growth in revenue and market share through effective sales strategies and execution.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Product Development: Contribute to the development of new rating products by understanding market needs and providing valuable insights.
- Brand Enhancement: Strengthen the company's brand reputation among intermediaries, investors, and other market participants through strategic interactions and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Two years full-time MBA (Marketing)
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the ratings or financial services industry.
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in market research and analysis
