The primary role of Business Development Manager Food is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, participating in industry forums and through other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Strategic planning is a key part of this job as it is the Business Development Manager Food's responsibility is map the potential in the food industry, develop the Right proposition & build a robust Pipeline of prospects.
Work Experience :
- Business Development experience in B2B Sales & Marketing.
- Solution selling experience in the food industry is a must. Experience in developing product/packaging solutions in the packed food category will be an added advantage
- Successful track record of generating new business (suspect to prospect)
Mobility :
- Job will entail travel within and outside India
- Candidate should be open to relocate within India/Abroad in future based on company requirements.
