Job Description:

- Business Development Manager - Phosphating, he/she is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the phosphating market segment.

- The primary goal is to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our position in the industry.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in phosphating processes and a proven track record in business development.

Revenue Generation:

- Meet and exceed sales targets for the phosphating segment.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

New Customers:

- Actively pursue and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other effective business development strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while consistently seeking opportunities to upsell phosphating services.

Proposal Development:

- Prepare compelling and competitive commercial proposals for phosphating projects, highlighting the value proposition and unique selling points of our services.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and detailed project specifications.

Business Strategy:

- Implement the strategic business development plan for the phosphating segment, aligning with overall company objectives and as defined by the Phosphating Business Manager.

- Identify key growth sectors and market segments to target for business expansion.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams, production, quality assurance, and customer service, R&D to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns specific to the phosphating business.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Conduct post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
