We have urgent requirement for Business Development Manager for Online Gaming for Product Mnc in Hyderabad
I. Business Development & Revenue Achievement
- Acquire new customers and lead business growth in UK market
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Effective sales pipeline creation across the sales stages (Pre-sales, follow-up, commercial, sign - off) to meet revenue targets
- Develop monthly & quarterly achievement plans as well as achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets
- Promote the company's products addressing or predicting clients - objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Leveraging various channels including offline & digital channels like website, LinkedIn, Facebook and others
- Build associations with various stakeholders including industry bodies, academic institutions, think tanks, regulators & government
- Accountable for building & maintaining a robust customer database
- Partner closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings
- Identify and escalate issues limiting organization's growth and drive teams across the organization to fix defects in a timely manner
II. Branding & Marketing
- Development & updation of key corporate marketing kit and tools including brochures, presentations, flyers, mailers and website
- Drive SEO and SCM
- Facilitate development of customer/ industry engagement tools (Newsletters/ articles/ blogs etc)
Your Qualities:
- Intense customer focus & Highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty and strong work ethic
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business "by the numbers". Must be metrics-driven
- Proven track record in achieving revenue and profit targets
- Experience in Casino Gaming (Bingo, Slots, Poker- )
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
- Strong team player, behaves like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
- Passionate customer advocacy
- Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
- Flawless communication (Verbal, Written) and can work with customers - and wow them on every interaction.
- Respecting every soul and maintaining the respectful culture.
- Management degree preferably from a Premier Institutes.
Qualification:
- MBA (or equivalent qualification) - Preferred
- Graduate (any specialization)
Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in selling B2B solutions (Digital sales, offshore selling)
