Designation: Business Development Manager
Experience: 20-22 years
Education: BE + MBA in Marketing / Business Development
Location: Gurgaon.
Execution:
- Efficient selection of Bids & Preparing & submission of bid documents complied with Tender Documents.
- Gather information to help in Increase of successful hit ratio of bidding external consultancy jobs by way of building up data base and previous records.
- Improve bottom line/revenue. (Profitability) by following up with clients for payments
- Exposure of bidding in EPC Projects and execution of the same by strategic way.
Ensure:
- No or Minimum Queries from Client post submission. Respond client within minimum time for any queries & resolve issues, if any.
- Analysis of the bids lost due to technical or financial failure & Try to bridge the gap with client for future bids. Keep record.
- Reducing debtor level and improve cash flow by timely execution of the project w.r.t. project milestones.
- How agility to be able to handle pressure and meet deadlines of bid submission by excellent time management and organisation.
Business Development:
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers by timely execution, collaborative approach and providing on time response.
- Visiting clients on periodical basis to establish rapport & Exploring new opportunities and acquiring new clients in India & globally.
- Contacting clients in the all sectors to get the information about current developments and able to identify new business potential leads/areas.
Management:
- Good business sense & strong communication skill.
- A deep understanding of consultancy principles and ready to accept change in line with organisation requirement.
- A positive attitude, initiative and adoptive.
