Business Development Manager - Network Integration
Department : Solution Sales
Reporting to : National Business Manager - Network Integration
Objective / Purpose of duty:
The Business Manager will own and Drive Booking, Revenue and Margins for the Network Integration Line of Business. He/ She will be responsible for building and delivering a business plan around this Business unit, which encompasses a combination of Services and vendor's technology products.
Main responsibilities:
- Own and Drive Booking Revenue and Margins for the Network Integration Line of Business in India
- Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Network Integration in-Region and the affiliated partners in these areas.
Qualification:
- BE
- MBA (desirable)
- Certifications (Cisco sale certification preferable)
Experience: (7+ years)
- 7+ years in Network related sales.
- 1-5 yrs in Sales Management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong consulting type client relationships at IT Director / CIO levels
- Financial and commercial awareness to effectively manage the practice
- Strong strategic understanding of the use of technology and clients issues
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- A strong business management background including strengths across technology consulting, sales, business development, people and financial management
- Good understanding of Networking Concepts and products and solutions like load balancers, wan optimization, network management tools etc
- Familiarity in selling solutions based on vendors such as CISCO, Juniper or HP.
- Good presentation, interpersonal skills and possess proven capabilities in solution and consultative selling in the IT and business solutions.
- Has Experience of managing a specified practice and business over 5 million dollars.
