Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

- Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to support business development efforts.

- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.

- Lead and motivate the business development team to achieve individual and team goals.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive developments, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.

- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
