Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDM/ Sr. BDM to join our team, The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, client handling, and a proven track record in the Metal &Mining /Trade finance sales sector. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to network effectively by attending conferences on both national and international levels. Handled International Marketing& Sales Professional, having exposure t B2B marketing and brand Management.

Area of Expertise Required Business Development:

Handling sales and marketing strategies

- Coordinating with our tentative customers for any product-related query in commodity. Identify & qualify new business opportunities by engaging with Promoters &key decision-makers of various companies in India

- Calling prospective customers, taking follow-up from newly generated customers / Responsible for generating sales leads.

- Generating new leads for business for Directors through calls and emails with the company Promoter/ CFO/ MD of various industries in India.

- Have developed clients in many parts of UAE, Europe, Africa, CIS countries

Client Handling:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

- Calling clients from various industries and arranging meetings at the MD & CXO level

Conference Participation:

- Attend national and international conferences relevant to the fintech and financial services industry.

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry experts, and potential clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

- International Marketing, Exhibition Visits, MIS Reporting, Cross-Cultural Communication, Team Handling, Team Management, Sampling, Export Documentation, Quotation, Negotiation, Client Retention, Buyer Research, Market Research and Development, Product Research and Development, Buyer Communication, Competitor's Analysis, Presentation, Reporting, Designing, Brand Development, Sales Funnel

Experience in NBFC/ Banking or Trade Finance Sales:

- Leverage previous experience in NBFC or Trade finance sales to drive business growth.

- Utilize industry knowledge to identify opportunities and challenges within the fintech space.

- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Skills / Qualification

- Proven experience of 8 -18 years in business development, with a focus on NBFC/Trade finance sales.

- Strong understanding of the Trade Finance / Commodities industry and its dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Russian language is additionally preferred

- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
