KPO Business Development Manager:.

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at the company.

- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and driving the growth of our Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) services.

- You will play a pivotal role in achieving our revenue targets and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in the KPO sector.

- Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Sales and Negotiation: Present and pitch our KPO services to clients, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion.

- Account Management: Oversee the successful delivery of projects and services to clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements:.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the KPO/BPO industry.

- Strong understanding of KPO services, industry trends, and client needs.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
