Job Description:
What you will do:
- Leading and managing a team of business development professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including physicians and referral sources
- Developing and executing effective marketing and promotional campaigns (Workshops, CMEs etc) to generate awareness and driving patient inquiries
- Generating qualified leads through various channels, including outreach campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives
- Overseeing the patient intake process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective patients
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
- Managing and monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the cluster
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinic staff, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business goals
- Networking with industry professionals at conferences, events, and professional organizations
- Travelling to assigned clinics as needed
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technologies
- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager/ Management from time to time
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or fertility clinic industry
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
