BDM (Experience with a large IT Systems Integrator) Mumbai
Experience : 8 to 15 years
Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities :
- Drive services sales in the assigned territory of captive and virgin accounts, through structured account planning, incumbency plotting and a comprehensive pursuit action plan
- Maintain impeccable commit discipline and seasonality to achieve assigned business targets of booking, revenue and profitability
- Grow the funnel and ensure a healthy mix of run rate and strategic deals
- Actively participate in client service delivery reviews to upsell/cross sell
- Achieve and maintain high client CSAT at all times
- Strong understanding of Company's solutions and services and their market positioning and competitive advantage
Essential Skills :
- IT sales/pre sales experience, preferably with brands
- Demonstrable record of leading complex sales
- Strong communication and objection handling skills
- Ability to leverage and lead matrix based resources to position DD as the vendor of choice for single/multi tower IT outsourcing
- Should be hands on and detail oriented
- Strong presentation skills (mock presentation to be part of the hiring process) in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong knowledge in :
- Infrastructure Managed Services
- Network Management Services
- IP telephony
Experience & Qualification :
- Individual Contributor : 10 - 15 years in IT Sales/Pre Sales with minimum 2-3 years experience with a large IT Systems Integrator
- Degree or Diploma in Electronics/ Computers / IT from a recognized University.
- MBA from a good institute would be preferred
