This is an opening for a major IT Support Services Company with several Fortune 500 clients from diverse domains. They are looking for candidates who have significant experience with Account Management and Mining existing clients and push towards increased sales with them.

Job Location: Pune

- 5+ Year experience in business development in application domain. Expected to carry out pre-sales discussion with existing customers and cater the requirements.

- Should have good technical exposure or knowledge of SDLC process and difference technologies (Java, DotNet, etc) in S/w Development.

- Should be able to gather the requirements from customer and understand technology or skills to propose.

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Should have knowledge of different types of engagements in services & product and well verse with latest technology trends.

- Should have good knowledge of any domain like BFSI, Oil & Gas, Health-care, Telecom, etc and should be capable to grasp new domain knowledge.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and Grow existing customer business accounts

- Building client relationship/trust

- Health relations/interaction with all management level i.e. from line management to EVP/C-level

- By understanding client requirements (requirements in AppDev domain on various technology/skills and mainly time & material or fixed price engagement) and catering to those requirements with the help of backend shared services

- Understand client pain areas and provide service solution that will help customer to generate value from the service.

- Plan for pre-Sales meetings, participate and add inputs in technical discussion with the customer, business presentations, coordinate requirements,

- Exercise business development effort with new customers added in the portfolio.

- Manage the end-to-end requirements catering for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, pre-sales, RFI/RFP response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing and service/support feedback.

- Increase business (headcount or S/w development projects) with existing/new customers

- Contracts and negotiations, renewals, PO management and payment receivables management

- Make sure business revenue as per agreed profit margins is achieved.

- Generate business by various offering to the customer,

- Providing resources on time & material engagement

- Custom Software development/Solutions as per client requirement

- Offshore Software development

- Application Implementation/Maintenance support

Salary Range: 650000 - 950000
