You will be given ownership for a specific territory targeting prospective clients with annual revenue. What you'll do:. - Identify and develop new business opportunities with IT Leaders in ambitious organizations. - Target and connect exclusively with C-Level Executives. - Harness Company's position as the World Leader in Actionable, Objective Insight for C-Level Executives to develop meaningful and valuable business cases. - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. - Lead the full sales conversation and negotiation. - Needs to take care of staffing business. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities within ambitious organizations in the European market, particularly targeting IT Leaders. Engage with C-Level Executives: Establish and maintain exclusive connections with C-Level Executives, fostering relationships to understand their needs and challenges. - Leverage Company's Position: Utilize our company's position as the World Leader in Actionable, Objective Insight for C-Level Executives to develop compelling business cases and value propositions. Ownership of Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact through to negotiation and closing deals. - Lead Sales Conversations: Lead engaging and informative sales conversations with prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our solutions and addressing any concerns or objections. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached while representing the interests of our company. - Staffing Business: Additionally, oversee and manage the staffing business aspect, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.
