- Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.

- The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the IT staff augmentation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and Target Prospects: Research and identify potential clients in need of IT staff augmentation services.

- Develop and execute strategies to target and engage these prospects.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.

- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met and to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of IT staff.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.

- Provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications :

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT staff augmentation or staffing industry.

Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of IT staffing and the ability to communicate technical requirements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
