Business Development Manager IT Staff Augmentation.
Job Responsibilities - Staff Augmentation (Contract and Permanent Staffing).
Business Development, New Logos & Revenue Growth:.
- Identify and onboard new clients ("logos") to expand the client portfolio and drive revenue.
- Explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Client Engagement & Requirement Management:.
- Develop strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.
- Accurately convey client requirements to the recruitment team for seamless fulfillment.
Recruitment Coordination & Fulfillment:.
- Coordinate between the sourcing team and clients to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Proactively follow up with clients to push for candidate selections and closures.
Interview, Offer, and Onboarding Management:.
- Manage interview scheduling and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Oversee onboarding processes aligned with client guidelines and expectations.
Resource Management & Retention:.
- Promote available bench resources to meet client requirements.
- Handle retention strategies and manage exit cases to ensure smooth operations.
Billing & Payment Coordination:.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage billing cycles and ensure timely payment collection.
- Provide support to resolve any payment-related issues with clients.
- Proven track record in IT staff augmentation or related sales roles Strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM and other relevant software tools Master's/ degree or equivalent experience
