ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Frontline software & services sales / Business Development in a B2B environment in the enterprise and/or SME segment
- CXO level interaction for conversion of prospect into a customer
- Experience of working directly with Microsoft
- Handle second level conversation with prospect customer, workload assessment for Azure services, O365 and understand customer requirements
- Work with internal Solution Teams, Partners & Microsoft Account & Technical Teams to develop the final solution and provide Services & drive deliverables
- Work directly with customers & Microsoft Teams to resolve complex support incidents related to Azure, O365, SQL Server, Skype and Dynamics 365 where involvement of Microsoft is required directly
- Track & improve performance to achieve objectives and enhance organization effectiveness
- Build a foundation for long term Revenue and Usage/Consumption growth from customers
KEY CRITERIA, EXPERTISE, REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience in Business development, sales or relevant role in Azure/Public Cloud scenarios
- Experience in customer acquiring and relationship management in Azure/Public Cloud scenarios
- Ability to drive Azure based discussion with client hence profound knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, ASR, Azure Storage and Backup, DR, Single Sign on, Networking & Identity Access, DC Migration to cloud
- Should have knowledge of Datacentre Infrastructure
- Educational Qualification: BE/B Tech + MBA/PGDM
- Work Experience: 10-15 years of relevant work experience
- Superior Business communication, comprehension & articulation Skills
