Requisites of the candidate (s) :
Qualification : BE or MBA preferred
Experience level : 4-8 years
- Technical skill sets required: Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions .Knowledge of security and networking products will be added advantage.
- Knowledge and skills required:Business development, Channel management, Motivation for sales, sales planning, Market knowledge, Meeting sales goals, Territory Management, Negotiation skills, Closing skills, Interpersonal skills, Good Business knowledge.
- Industry exposure: IT Hardware & Networking, System Integration, IT-distribution.
- Personal attributes required: communication, presentation,listening,negotiation,relationship management, self-starter.

Salary level : Negotiable
Key responsibilities of the job :
- Achieve sales target by developing new business opportunities with existing and new partners.
- Domain knowledge of IT solution and infrastructure business.
- Funnel Management Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning to achieve the targets.
- Develop strong business relations with the channel partners to ensure continued business support.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
