Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi.
- The BDM will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
- They will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing, and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts.
- Meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota.
- Develop and maintain sales plan and opportunity pipeline.
- Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
- Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level
- Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for prospects.
- Candidate must have experience in IT hardware, networking, software sales.
- Having experience in IT hardware sales - Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Server, Storage etc. will be preferable.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's
- Proven experience of 2-6 years in IT sales or said domain.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
