Position Details : Business Development Manager
Location: Pune
Purpose of the Role:
To spearhead customer acquisition, business development and sales growth from overseas markets, the company is seeking a dynamic sales professional with demonstrated ability to execute a go-to-market plan for a new business, secure early wins and build a revenue stream from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients. Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting the companys services. Create and manage sales funnels, track leads, and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Develop a deep understanding of companys services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to improve sales strategies and results.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in engineering with 8-10 years business development experience in a mid-sized IT services company
- Track record of lead generation, identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions to build long term relationships
- Having good experience of IT solution selling to domestic corporate / PSUs and closing deals,
