You will play a pivotal role in expanding our clientele and driving revenue growth.

As the front line of the company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

- Proactively source leads through various online channels like LinkedIn, business listing portals (mention specific relevant portals in your region), Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.

- Develop and execute strategic bidding processes on online platforms like Upwork, Guru, Workana, and Freelancer.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.

- Develop and execute strategies for international sales growth, fostering sustainable relationships with international clients.

Sales & Proposal Development:

- Identify new sales opportunities and qualify potential clients based on pre-defined criteria.

- Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.

- Partner with internal sales teams to create winning proposals for current and prospective clients.

Contract Negotiation & Management:

- Negotiate contract terms with clients and effectively communicate these terms to internal stakeholders.

- Oversee the overall management of the outsourcing team and IT operations team, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

- Report key aspects of outsourced services and IT operations to the management board.

- Coordinate and manage the vendor selection process to identify and secure the best partners for delivering IT solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a relevant IT sales role.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- IT fluency and a deep understanding of IT solutions and services (tailored to your company's offerings).

- Proven ability to manage complex projects, multi-task effectively, and prioritize workload.

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactiveness - and the ability to handle uncertainty.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Additional Desired Skills:

- Experience in identifying potential clients, conducting thorough research, and understanding their business needs and equipment requirements.

- Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.

- Experience collaborating with design and production teams to ensure on-time and accurate project delivery.

- A passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and becoming a subject matter expert on your company's products, processes, and operations.
