Business Development Manager - International Sales
- Develop business plan & strategy for multiple product line markets that ensure attainment of company international sales goals and profitability.
- Must work to develop and maintain international business contacts.
- Creating initiatives, designing events, planning of merchandizing and execution of these marketing events for increasing sales drive.
- Formulating &implementing product positioning strategies to enhance market visibility.
- Plan the evaluation trials including programs and protocols
- Contribute to the definitions of Co's product strategies
- Ensure marketing and sales positioning of Co's products in a competitive environment
- Transfer the product know-how to internal and external customers
- Achieving budgetary targets
- Display strong personal accountability, professionalism and customer/ product expertise at every customer touch point; successfully conduct quarterly or annual business reviews at a corporate level for each customer
- Ensuring the regular and relevant communication with potential clients.
- Having thorough knowledge of necessary registration procedures for export
Qualification And Experience :
I. MBA in Marketing or International Business with Experience of 2-5 Years in International Sales
II. Experience of handing the sales & marketing team in relevant markets.
III. Should have a track record of successful implementation of strategies and business development plans.
IV. Successful track record in the industry
V. Ability to adopt cultural diversity.
