Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a BDM - International Business for the Thane location

Key Performance Indicators:

Achieve annual revenue and net margin targets.

Expand into new countries.

Monitor sales team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage International Business Sales team.

- Oversee emerging international markets.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue.

- Ensure P/L delivery for emerging markets.

- Recruit and lead sales team to generate new opportunities.

- Expand distribution and penetrate key accounts in new countries.

- Design trade marketing schemes and automate sales processes.

- Monitor distributor credit and accounts receivable.

- Meet sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annually).

- Drive gross and net margin targets aligned with budget.

- Ensure manpower productivity and manage country budgets.

- Organize and participate in international trade exhibitions and travel.

- Adhere to all processes.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Education: MBA or PGPM from a B-School.

- Specialized Knowledge: FMCG, Sales & Distribution.

Skills: Selling, multitasking, time management, negotiation.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales.
