Role Description:
Create and manage relationship at each Regions to develop new relationships and manage key account relationship directly with key stake holders in the respective institutions viz. Banks / NBFCs / IPCs / PEs etc.
The product portfolio includes sourcing of Vanilla and Structured Loans secured against property / real estate asset.
Job Responsibilities include:
Customer Acquisition
Client Relationship Building
Proposal assessment
Structuring of proposals along with managing Profitability and portfolio is key to the role
To provide Relationship and acquire customers for the development of Mortgages CRE business
Structuring of deal to meet the internal risk parameters and Customer requirement
To drive the development of superior customer value propositions and portfolio-To emphasize strict compliance with adherence to Risk compliance and legal norms
We are ideally looking at
- minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in Institutional Mortgages.
- strong relationship management
- confident with great communication skills and a pleasing personality.
