- Grow sales revenue to meet company targets
- Identify and develop local CNC Control Opportunities with new clients to expand the market
- Work with various market segments to understand market needs to influence current development and product roadmaps
- Develop and propose marketing and pricing strategies as opportunities are being investigated to enter into new market segments
- Build on existing key account relationships and develop new accounts
- Develop long-term customer relationships by managing and negotiating requirements
- Identify strategic long term relationships that are required to enter and expand new market segments
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Coordinating new projects and sales opportunities
- Follow up leads and opportunities
- Negotiate sales contract terms and conditions
- Preparation of Monthly Sales Reports
- Support marketing activities such as organising trade shows
- Create and present product presentations to demonstrate our range of products
Competencies:
- Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar technical/commercial sales role
- A degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background in CNC market
- Strong knowledge of the local CNC or Industrial Automation market
- Good sales and marketing skills with industrial B2B customers
- Proactive and is an excellent team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to negotiate and close a deal
- Willing to travel as required
- Able to work autonomously
- Speaks and writes English well
