Primary Responsibilities :

- Client prospecting - Research and identification of potential prospects (read: hotels) for tie-ups.

- Meeting and Presentation - Identification of decision-makers and setting up meetings, in-depth presentation of the company offering and explaining the value add

- Objection handling

- Follow-ups & Closing- Persistent process-driven follow-ups with prospects and closure

- Building solid relationships with GM's/MDs - Regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion

- Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required for increasing the closure probability

- Building and scaling a high-performance sales team and providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance

- Planning and executing marketing strategies

- Creating and maintaining a budget for Katra location

- Ensuring the proper implementation and use of all relevant tools and technologies

- Monitoring the market trends and providing regular analysis to the management

Candidate Profile & Requirements :

- Gender - Both Male and females can apply

- Age: 25-35 yrs

- Experience: Proven Business development experience of at least 5-7 years in the sales/hospitality industry

- Experience in managing multiple sales outlets (counter selling) will also be considered and will be given preference

- Extrovert with great communication skills in both Hindi and English

- Market Knowledge

- Negotiation Skills and ability to build rapport
