Job Description:-
- Set strategic direction and proactively lead sales effort to acquire new customers with T&E of = / > INR 5 crores from an assigned territory with ensure annual aggressive targets are achieved and maintained.
- Develop winning strategies utilizing strong value based selling principles.
- Participate and lead key customer meetings and negotiations that will yield top line growth.
- Build, leverage and maintain relationships with decisions makers.
- Target & penetrate 100% / full potential (SOW) of client T&E spend.
- Prospect and filter lead to build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Strategically utilize technology to ensure all sales planning, tracking, and reporting is timely and accurate.
- Track key competition accounts and activities.
- Target potential & profitable key competition accounts through our value proposition.
- Seek client buy-in for all LOBs servicing offered.
- Out of box thinking in developing strategies to win accounts with unconventional ask.
- Develop collaborative relationships across teams within and outside market.
- Support Senior Management to drive a winning culture within the team.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in sales negotiations and closing skills with clients.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering aggressive sales results.
- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques within complex product lines and services
- Working knowledge of Corporate Services product lines and industry technology products
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong communication and presentation skills with knowledge on MS word, excel.
- Requires strong resilience, high energy, and a result driven approach.
Qualification & Experience - Graduate or PGD with relevant corporate sales experience in TMC, Hotel or Airline Industry
