Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2D sales strategy to target and acquire new institutional clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Hirebloc Ventures' solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless sales experience for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales (minimum 3-5 years) within the institutional sector, preferably targeting corporates, hospitality, hospitals, or facility management companies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
