Key Responsibilities.
STRATEGIC
- Provide strategic direction in his / her Region.
- Deliver volume and P&L targets.
- Understand Regional market dynamics, communicate and ensure that strategic roadmap for the region is in line with the dynamics
PEOPLE:
- Responsible for timely recruitment, induction, training and deployment to ensure complete manning.
- Responsible for development of all employees for optimal performance by consistently providing feedback, support and on field training
- Manage the aspirations of the entire team in line with career policy of the company. Ensure low employee turnover with the region.
- Maintain open communication with staff, business associates and build & maintain enthusiasm and positive attitude.
- Recognize achievements of managers & FoS
- Carry out timely disciplinary measures & separation procedures in accordance with and as deemed appropriate to the company guidelines
SALES MANAGEMENT:
- Assess Sales potential of region and make suggestions
- Cascade sales plan to all team members
- Analyze competitor activities and suggest business strategies for the growth of existing and new business with the objective of achieving greater market share and profitability.
- Monitor performance, devise key initiatives to meet and exceed planned targets
- Maintain Connect with Customers across the region and ensure increased product awareness and meet customer expectations.
- Implement pre agreed strategies to achieve primary & secondary sales targets across the region by ensuring in depth coverage of the Bakeries & other allied segments.
- Identify key channels and customers with a National / Regional presence for Central Business Tie Ups
- Ensure accuracy in Sales Forecasting to facilitate all time product availability for the region
- Ensure that skill levels of the team remain contemporary for the business
Essential for the candidates:
- Second line manager team handling experience is must.
- Horeca & institutional sales experience is mandatory.
- Atleast he/she must be handling one zone.
