Location - Dwarka (New Delhi)

Days working - 5 days

Timing - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Reports to - Business Head

Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager

As part of the Sales & Business Development Team, you will interact with the client on the prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence. You will be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end.

Experience:

Requirements:

- 2-8 years of working experience as a BDM/ Domestic or International

- Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.

- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.

- Strong communication and inter personal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities in Domestic & International market.

- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and setup effective account management.

- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.

- Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.

- Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
