Business Development


Location: Banglore


Experience: 5 14 years


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Global Captive clients .


- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in targeted companies.


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing and consulting space.


- Present Microgreens IT staffing and augmentation solutions, focusing on the value proposition for enterprise clients.


- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of client staffing needs.


- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitors services.


- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the Global Captive client segment.


- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.


- Manage contract negotiations and close deals efficiently.


Key Requirements:


- 5-14 years of experience in IT staffing or consulting sales, specifically targeting Global Captive clients.


- Strong network and existing relationships with Global Captive clients


- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
