Business Development Manager - Franchisee Acquisition - Footwear Business

BDM (Franchisee Acquisition) Footwear Brand - Guwahati & North East

We are looking for BDM (Franchisee Acquisition) for one of the Leading Footwear Brand.

Responsibilities:

- Franchise Acquisition: Scout, Identify & Acquire a new potential franchise partner from various sources.

- Property Acquisition: Scout, Identify & close of new potential site negotiations along with prospective franchise partners.

- Geographical Knowledge: Assam & Entire North East Must.

- Market Understanding: City & Market mapping to identify Potential trade areas for New franchise stores

- Understanding of Business model: Thorough knowhow of Investment, Fixed Expenses, Variable Expenses, R.O.I, etc.

Proposal: Put forward final proposal to Property Committee for approval

Co-ordination: Liaison between franchise partner, Projects & Operations & Assist the prospective franchise partner on the progress stage till the store is operational.
