Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Bangladesh, India, region to plan and carry out all sales activities with partners on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service provided to partners in trusted country.
Location: Bangladesh/India
Responsibilities :
- Attracting and advising potential partners
- Scale company partners to help them grow and develop
- Introducing products and services and cooperation terms to partners and conducting partner's staff training
- Producing, issuing and storage of partnership agreements
- Informational updates to partners by all communication channels (email, phone, in person)
- Consulting partner's staff on sales, monitoring partner sales
- Ongoing updates to a database on all the partners in trusted country including all contacts with the IB partners
- The requirement to plan, schedule and coordinate work, to allocate priorities and to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- The levels of professional, specialist, technical, administrative or operational knowledge and skills required to carry out the role effectively.
- Good public speaking skills, communication and mediation skills, attention to details
- Experience in b2b looking for partners either in the financial services sector, or other sectors.
- Required a report and timely provide feedback to the Head of Partnership Program
- Must be able to maintain a positive atmosphere among the partners, making their voices heard and providing them with timely feedback and solutions on all the issues that may arise.
