We are seeking to Identify Business Development Manager (Bangladesh) - Leading FMCG MNC company.
Location : Kolkata
- To expand distribution, leverage portfolio and drive core S&D objectives and managing all this through a - Single Large Distributor Model- thereby improving share and absolute distribution.
- Driving core S&D Objectives: Work towards building and leveraging robust Sales System, driving Distributive Width, In-store Impact and Leveraging portfolios
- Channel Strategy: Work towards building clear retail channel strategy, with clear GTM's standards by various retail channels (Modern Trade & Traditional Trade}
- Distributor Management: Manage the National Importer and ensuring Right Terms of Trades agreed and adhered to, with him
- New Product Launches: Create right GTM's and Manage - New Launches- in Bangladesh
- Sales Team Capability: Build right sales capabilities for the Distributor Sales Team
- Managing Budgets and Activations : Manage and maximize utilization of the agreed trade spends for the country.
