Our Client, a Leading Financial Services based at Kuwait is looking to hire a dynamic Business Development professional who has a strong experience in the Financial Services - Payments Domain area, preferably in Money Exchange companies.
The position reports to the Business Head and General Manager.
Candidates with GCC / Middle East experience is a must, preferably working with Large Financial Payments Services in UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar would be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for each market segment that ensures attainment of Company diversification goals and profitability.
- Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to make strategy.
- Consult business heads on business trends with a view to implement new strategies which leads to an increase in Sales.
- Corporate Selling New Business Acquisition, B2B Selling, Revenue Generation, Retention, Sales Management, Product Management,
- Increasing remittance business share
- Coordinate with Marketing and Operations for implementation of promotions.
- Review/ Implement Incentive schemes and various other initiatives to motivate staff.
- Identifying, implementing and growing new partnerships
- Identifying prospective SME, B2B & B2G clients for cross border & card-based payment solution services; address market objective & client requirements.
- Monitoring market movement, performing market survey & data analysis to formulate sales, pricing & marketing strategy to address market needs.
- Designing country wide marketing & sales campaigns for different market segments & niches, contract & negotiation, ensuring new business sign ups.
- Responsible for wider business role - development of new product/service and their commercialization, strategic partnership, P&L management
- Experience with Prepaid Cards, Wallets, and acquiring would be of advantage.
- Bring and introduce innovative solutions in the payments industry.
- Coordinate with business owners to strategize and increase customer penetration.
- Introduce new digital services
