Job Title : Business Development Manager - Exports

Location : Mumbai HO

Reports to : Director - Healthcare Nutrition Solutions

Job Purpose:

Business Development function identifies new business opportunities for our products in new markets by assessing and understanding new market potential, thereby contributing to the growth of the business. Responsible for building business across countries by doing market analysis, plan sales targets and coordinating with marketing team in terms of execution of strategies.

Main Duties and Functions:

- Managing and building business in various countries in South Asia.

- Achieving the top line targets for these countries

- Managing distributors locally in the assigned countries

- Understanding respective legal, regulatory and compliance requirements for export / import, Sales, Marketing and Business Development in the assigned countries

- Launch of new products

- Responsible for coverage and prescription generation from health care practitioners

- Managing and developing key opinion leaders.

- Responsible for planning sales targets and incentives

- Coordinating with the marketing team in terms of execution of strategies

- Responsible for identifying training needs for the sales and medical channel team members

Job Specifications

- Education Background: Graduate/ Post Graduate with total exp. of 8-9 years prior experience as BDM

- Experience in South Asian Countries/ Sri Lanka/ Nepal/Maldives, Bangladesh/SAARC Countries.

- Experience in handling exports business /international business

- Experience in Team handling preferable.

- Good Planning and Analytical skills.
