Roles and Responsibilities :
- Own and Drive the Business Development function with a predictable business pipeline
- Open conversations, pitch and close on business with prospective clients.
Compensation :
- At par with industry (if not better). Not more, not less.
- Happy incentives on Achievement.
- There will be revenue targets but while we love the concept of process we will evaluate you on the basis of performance.
About the ideal person :
- You would have worked as a Business Development / Client servicing professional with mid to large Events agency serving the corporate industry. You would know how to build and leverage relationships with such organisations.
- You are someone who believes life has larger plans for you and you need someone, somewhere with a great opportunity, a platform to launch yourself into hyperspace. While you work with us to give wings to our ideas, we will work with you to create for you what you wish to .!

Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
