We are currently retained by a global training and assessment provider that is working with global MNCs on the upskilling of skilled workforce and taking their business to the next level.
This role will be leading the selling of their training and certification programs to reputed organizations and managing key accounts.
Please note that we need someone who has been a business development leader in selling training/assessments/certifications to MNCs, so only apply if you have done this. This is a B2B Sales role and not B2C.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating revenue through customer acquisition.
- Maintaining strong relationship with key accounts.
- Identifying client needs and through interactions and providing consultative solutions for their business.
- Regularly interacting with HR and L&D Leaders
- Pitching consultative solutions to companies
To fit the bill:
- 4+ years in selling training/learning solutions.
- Engineer followed by MBA preferred.
- Worked with IT/ITES/Telecom and BFSI industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong B2B sales experience
